The commissioning templates are provided
complementary for the use by contractors preparing a commissioning report for a project designed and documented by the Electrical
Design Group. The use of the template is not compulsory and is provided only
for assistance. Should the contractor have a proprietary operation and
maintenance manual that complies with the requirements of the specification
the contractor is welcome to use it.
The commissioning templates are a guide only
and it is the contractor’s responsibility to review the template and ensure
all information contained is relevant as well as include any relevant
information that has not been included in the template.
The commissioning templates have been
generated in MS Word XP and is colour coded as follows:
RED
This text, paragraph or section is either in or out. Delete as required.
GREEN
This text, paragraph or section is must be edited in every case.
BLUE
This text is provided as information for the author and must be deleted.
PURPLE
This text, paragraph or section is either in or out. If this is in it must
be edited in every case. Delete or edit as required.
YELLOW
This information is preliminary and has been included for future review and
updating. The author must review this information in every case and
independently decide on the appropriate relevant action.
